KABI was born from a simple idea: great Japanese food shouldn't feel formal or far away. We opened our doors on Saint Genevieve Drive so our neighbors could walk in, order something fresh, and leave feeling like they'd been taken care of.

Every piece of sushi is rolled by hand. Every teppanyaki plate is cooked to order, right in front of you. We keep the menu focused so nothing is rushed, and we keep the door open for anyone who wants a seat.
